Below you will find a brief description of the most common warranty coverage, residential use, for each of the brands. Please reference the detailed warranties for Sub-Zero, Wolf and Cove products for more information.
A Full Two-Year Warranty
For two years from the date of original installation, this Sub-Zero product warranty covers all parts and labor to repair or replace, under normal residential use, any part of the product that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship. All service provided by Sub-Zero under the above warranty must be performed by a Sub-Zero factory certified service company. This warranty service may be performed by Clarke Customer Care.
Factory-Certified Installers Extend Your Two-Year to a Three-Year Warranty
Sub-Zero will extend your full warranty by an additional year when you have your Sub-Zero unit(s) installed by a factory-certified installer. These installers have been through extensive training and testing to ensure that your appliance is treated with the utmost care and installed properly. With high-performance appliances from Sub-Zero, this step can bring an additional layer of peace of mind.
A Full Five-Year Sealed System Warranty
For five years from the date of original installation, this Sub-Zero product warranty covers all parts and labor to repair or replace, under normal residential use, these parts that prove to be defective in materials or workmanship: compressor, condenser, evaporator, drier and all connecting tubing. All service provided by Sub-Zero under the above warranty must be performed by a Sub-Zero factory-certified service company. This warranty service may be performed by Clarke Customer Care.
A Limited 12-Year Sealed System Warranty
For twelve years from the date of original installation, Sub-Zero will repair or replace the following parts that prove to be defective in materials or workmanship: compressor, condenser, evaporator, drier and all connecting tubing. If the owner uses Sub-Zero factory certified service, the service provider will repair or replace these parts with the owner paying for all other costs, including labor. If the owner uses non-certified service, the owner must contact Sub-Zero, Inc. to receive repaired or replacement parts. Sub-Zero will not reimburse the owner for parts purchased from non-certified service or other sources. This warranty service (parts purchase) may also be performed by Clarke Customer Care.

This warranty service may be performed by Clarke Customer Care.

A Limited Five-Year Warranty
For five years from the date of original installation, Wolf Appliance will repair or replace the following parts that prove to be defective in materials or workmanship: gas burners (excludes appearance), electric heating elements, blower motors (ventilation hoods), electronic control boards, magnetron tubes and induction generators. If the owner uses Wolf Factory Certified Service, the service provider will repair or replace these parts with the owner paying for all other costs, including labor. If the owner uses non-certified service, the owner must contact Wolf Appliance, Inc. to receive repaired or replacement parts. Wolf Appliance will not reimburse the owner for parts purchased from non-certified service or other sources. This warranty service (parts purchase) may be performed by Clarke Customer Care.

This warranty service may be performed by Clarke Customer Care.
Factory-Certified Installers Extend Your Five-Year to a Six-Year Warranty
Cove will extend your full warranty by an additional year when you have your Cove unit(s) installed by a factory-certified installer. These installers have been through extensive training and testing to ensure that your appliance is treated with the utmost care and installed properly. With high-performance appliances from Cove, this step can bring an additional layer of peace of mind.
A Limited Lifetime Warranty
For the life of the product, Cove Appliance will repair or replace the following parts that prove to be defective in materials or workmanship: stainless steel tub and door liner (excludes surface corrosion, scratches, discoloration, weather and atmospheric related staining, and minor surface rust and oxidation). If the owner uses Cove Factory Certified Service, the service provider will repair or replace these parts with the owner paying for all other costs, including labor. If the owner uses non-certified service, the owner must contact Cove Appliance, Inc. to receive repaired or replacement parts. Cove Appliance will not reimburse the owner for parts purchased from non-certified service or other sources. This warranty service (parts purchase) may be performed by Clarke Customer Care.
