Q: Do you service brands other than what is listed on the website?
A: Because we are in an exclusive service contract with Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove, we only work on their products, as well as Best appliances, for which they are the northeast distributor.

Q: Do you service my area?

Our technicians serve homes in Connecticut, eastern Massachusetts, Rhode Island, southern New Hampshire and Maine. Don’t hesitate to give us a call if you’re not sure. We will refer you to a Factory Certified Service company that can assist you if we cannot.

Q: How should I schedule an appointment?

A: Give our customer service team a call at 877-925-2753. They’ll collect information for our technicians and schedule your service call as soon as possible.

Q: What information do I need to provide when scheduling?

Aside from your name, contact info, and address, we’ll also need information about your appliance, including its model and serial number (see the next question for help finding both). The more information you can provide, the better prepared your technician will be when he arrives at your home.

Q: How do I locate my model and serial number?

Q: How do I find what my warranty coverage is?

A: Click here for Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove’s warranties. To register your appliance or check its warranty coverage, please contact Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove. Note: all warranty service must be performed by a Factory Certified Service company, which we are. You can use Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove’s locator to find service in your area.

Q: What do you charge for service?

We charge a flat diagnostic trip charge to come to your home and assess the appliance, which we will quote to you before scheduling. Your technician will then explain the problem, provide a quote for labor and parts, and will not perform any work until you authorize them to. As a Factory Certified Service, we are accountable to Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove to have fair, consistent, and transparent pricing. 

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
