Personal Data
We collect personal data, specifically contact information, through our website forms for customer communications, including service appointment follow-ups and maintenance reminders. Our communications are conducted via phone, text, email, or mail, depending on what we need to communicate to our customers. Once you provide us with your contact information, it will be saved on a secure server so that we can stay in touch with you. You can request an exported file of the personal data we have about you in our system, or you can request that we erase your personal data. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
We will never sell your data. We may share your data with our company partners, Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove and Clarke Living, so that they may better support you through the lifespan of your appliances. We may also share your data with our agency partners for our own marketing efforts. Our partners also agree to never sell your data and keep it secure.
